Thanks to the 1,872 Duke colleagues who donated, the 2016-17 Doing Good in the Neighborhood campaign raised $637,833 for local schools and non-profits.

THANK YOU to our generous donors. Your support will make a real difference for schools, non-profits, health clinics and neighborhoods across the Triangle.

As pledged at the beginning of the campaign, 10% of contributions to the Duke Community Giving categories will be donated to the North Carolina Disaster Relief Fund, which supports long-term recovery efforts related to Hurricane Matthew, such as cleaning, repairing and rebuilding homes. Thanks to Duke employees, $51,000 will go to help families in Eastern North Carolina rebuild.

Check back at this website in the coming year to see how the funds are put to use in the community. And if you’d like to be in touch, contact us at doinggood@duke.edu.
