About: Jubilee Home creates a supportive and therapeutic living environment for justice-involved young men, enabling them to transition back into their community in a fruitful and meaningful way. Jubilee Home provides housing and support for young men ages 17-24 after their release from the justice system as a bridge to independence.
2017-18 DGIN funding will help the Executive Director and Social Worker carry out the Life Skills Curriculum during the first three months of residents’ stays at Jubilee Home. This includes their time spent prior to residents’ arrival (Oct. 2017- Jan. 2018) developing the Life Skills Curriculum and Needs Assessments, as well as time after their arrival (Feb. 2018 – May 2018) conducting the needs assessment, developing customized care plans, teaching life skills curriculum, and checking in with residents on their progress.
